Hunting and Trapping Committee
Responsible for all things hunting and trapping, the committee oversees habitat projects and discusses current issues.  This committee currently has no ongoing projects.  This page provides information on seasons and harvest numbers, as well as related news articles.

Fishing Committee
Current projects include our Wild Trout Initiative and Clyde River Salmon Restoration.  This committee is responsible for anything related to fish or fishing.  This page contains links to current projects and related news articles.

Non-game Committee
This committee discusses issues related to all non-game fish and wildlife or plants.  These include recovery of rare, threatened or endangered species, or issues associated with invasive, non-native species.  This page contains recent new articles related to these topics.

Laws and Regulations Committee
Responsible for tracking rules proposed by the Fish and Wildlife Board as well as proposed legislation.  Although the VTFWCG is not – and does not wish to be – a political organization, we try to remain informed and will, as needed, take a position on way or the other. This page lists proposed and recently enacted rules and legislation.
